If it is a new zp you have maybe it is the same problem as I have when I tried on HP p and p. Press F6 at this point. Once you have XP installed as per usual, add a SATA controller you don’t have to add a hard disk to it, in fact I’m not even sure if it needs to be there; but it definitely works if you do!
