Cutting Plotters : Software & Drivers

I’ve deleted the plotter geaphtec my devices list and have tried to find the driver but all the drivers that Graphtec offer that say they will work for an FC only offer an option for an FC when I load them. We take your privacy very seriously. I’ve downloaded cutting master 2 and installed it on my mac with Illustrator CS5.

I accidentally unplugged my plotter from the computer while everything was off not unplugged from power though. I have not tried a factory reset on the plotter and assume it is an electrical malfunction in the plotter.
